1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jeetwin and its members. "Platform" refers to jeetwin's website, mobile application and all related services. "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform and accepted these Terms. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds currently held in a member's account.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. "Bonus" refers to any additional funds, rewards or benefits provided by jeetwin to members, available subject to specific conditions. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Any term used in these Terms that is not defined here shall be understood in its relevant ordinary meaning.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the jeetwin platform and participate in any casino or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. If proof of age is requested, the member is required to provide it.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, all associated accounts and balances may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, jeetwin reserves the right to close that account at any time.

2.4 Personal Use

A member's account is for their personal use only. Sharing account credentials with third parties, or conducting transactions on behalf of someone else, is not permitted.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Login Credential Security

The member is responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Passwords should be difficult to guess and it is recommended to change them regularly. If login credentials are lost or stolen, the jeetwin support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetwin may request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport or other government-approved documents. jeetwin reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual transactions or suspicious activity are detected on an account, jeetwin may temporarily suspend that account until an investigation is completed. In such cases, the member may be asked to provide additional information or evidence.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The currently approved deposit methods on jeetwin are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The mobile number and account details provided at the time of deposit must match; otherwise the transaction may be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If a verification process is ongoing, withdrawals may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on jeetwin are secured via SSL encryption. A member's personal payment information is not shared with any third party. If a transaction issue arises, assistance can be sought through live chat.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Members may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Receiving funds from another person's account or conducting transactions through a third party is prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at jeetwin, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games and betting sections.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus.
• jeetwin may modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload, slot adventure bonus, cricket mania rewards, birthday gift and refer-a-friend bonus — each offer has its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. A minimum deposit of ৳100 applies to all promotions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Each game on jeetwin has its own specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except that partial or full cash-out may be possible under specific conditions if the cash-out feature is available. If an event is cancelled or postponed, jeetwin's established rules for that bet will apply.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, network interruption or software problem, jeetwin will settle that transaction in accordance with its established policy. jeetwin's liability for losses caused by technical issues is limited.

6.3 Unintended Winnings

If a member receives an unusually large win due to a system error or incorrect bonus setting, jeetwin reserves the right to review it. Any balance or reward received as a result of an error may be corrected or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetwin platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using software, bots or automated tools to operate games.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other members or the public.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or attempting to launder money.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, jeetwin may permanently close the account concerned and forfeit the balance. If necessary, the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by jeetwin

jeetwin may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice on grounds of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or a legal obligation. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any valid balance remaining may be returned through the designated method.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account may contact jeetwin support via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, unless an active bonus or ongoing investigation applies.

8.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling

A member who feels that gambling is causing them problems may choose temporary or long-term self-exclusion through support. jeetwin encourages all members to follow the Responsible Gambling guidelines.

9 Limitation of Liability

The jeetwin platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. jeetwin will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the member's internet connection or device problems.
• Loss caused by an error or interruption from a third-party service provider.
• A game or transaction remaining incomplete due to an unforeseen technical issue.
• Loss caused by a member's login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.
• Causes beyond jeetwin's control, such as natural disasters or government directives.

In any circumstance, jeetwin's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the valid balance held in the member's account.

10 Changes to Terms

jeetwin reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact method or via a clear notice on the platform.

If a member continues to use the platform after amended Terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. If the new Terms are not acceptable, the member may choose to close their account.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jeetwin collects, stores and processes members' personal information. Full details of how this information is used, in what circumstances it may be shared with third parties, and what rights members have, can be found in jeetwin's Privacy Policy.

A member's personal information is used solely for the purposes of operating the service, verifying identity and complying with applicable law. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
